I went through 5,873 daily $BTC closes going back to 2010 to see how much time Bitcoin has historically spent near cycle lows. In the last two cycles, BTC stayed within roughly 10% of the eventual bottom for about 2 months, and within 20–30% for roughly 2–4 months. The catch? That’s all measured with hindsight. Take 2022. BTC was already within 20% of the eventual November low by mid-June, nearly 5 months before the actual bottom was confirmed. There’s no starting gun telling you when the bottom is in. Right now, BTC is around $62.7K, roughly 49.7% below the October 2025 high and 312 days removed from it. The previous three cycle lows arrived 372–420 days after their respective highs, which puts a September/October bottom within the historical range. But looking at drawdowns, previous cycle lows were around 75–81% below the high, meaning BTC historically had much deeper declines. None of this is a forecast. We only have a small number of completed cycles to work with. For me, the bigger takeaway is simple: The opportunity around a BTC cycle low has historically lasted a few months. If you wait for absolute confirmation that the bottom is in, though, most of that window may already be gone. #BTC Price Analysis# #Macro Insights#

Only 3 times in Bitcoin’s history have short-term holders capitulated at levels this extreme. In those cases, the market was close to a major bottom before $BTC eventually went parabolic. Capitulation can be painful, but historically, it has often been where the real opportunities begin. #BTC Price Analysis# #Macro Insights#

If $57K could be the final floor of this $BTC cycle. Bitcoin doesn’t need another explosive cycle multiple to reach well above $200K. The previous cycle delivered roughly 8.08x. If the next cycle retains only 40–50% of that multiple as returns continue to compress: • Base case: 3.23x → ~$184K • Bull case: 4.04x → ~$230K • Supercycle: 4.85x → ~$276K The model is simple: Next top ≈ cycle bottom × previous multiple × diminishing factor At a $57K bottom, that gives roughly $184K–$230K, with $276K as the more euphoric extension. It’s only a projection, but if Bitcoin’s diminishing-return pattern continues, this could be a reasonable range for the next cycle peak. #BTC Price Analysis# #Macro Insights#

It's interesting to see $BTC spot CVD now leading perpetual CVD. Spot CVD has already broken above its previous high, while perpetual CVD is still below its own. That difference helps explain why recent pullbacks haven't triggered the same wave of liquidation cascades seen in past range breakdowns. This doesn't guarantee the lows are safe. If spot demand starts weakening, BTC could still move lower. However, as long as spot buying remains strong, any retest of the range lows is more likely to be absorbed than in previous sell-offs. With less leverage driving the market, there's also less leverage that can unwind and accelerate downside moves. #BTC Price Analysis# #Macro Insights#

Retail activity in $BTC is approaching its highest level of this bear market. The problem isn't a lack of buyers. Retail continues to buy the dips, while larger participants keep selling. Retail Volume Delta is around +686.5M, but mid-sized CVD sits at -8.8B and institutional-sized CVD at -12B. That imbalance explains why Bitcoin has struggled to sustain a recovery despite strong retail demand. Retail has absorbed a significant amount of supply, but it hasn't been enough to offset the selling from bigger players. The risk is that if BTC keeps falling, retail could eventually capitulate. Ironically, that may be the point where larger participants begin accumulating again. Historically, that shift, when retail weakens and institutional selling slows, has often marked the formation of a major Bitcoin bottom. #BTC Price Analysis# #Macro Insights#

$BTC 's MVRV currently sits at 1.21. For comparison, previous bear market bottoms saw MVRV fall to: • 2018: 0.69 • 2022: 0.75 MVRV measures Bitcoin's market value against its realized value, giving a sense of how far price has moved above or below the network's average cost basis. Compared to past cycle lows, today's reading is still around 60% higher than 2022 and 75% higher than 2018. As volatility continues to compress and market cycles mature, it's possible this cycle forms a higher MVRV low. Even so, if we judge purely by historical benchmarks, Bitcoin has yet to reach the same level of capitulation seen at the bottoms of the last two bear markets. #BTC Price Analysis# #Macro Insights#
