It’s interesting to see how large coins behave differently these days.
$BTC still sets the tone for the whole market. But I’m increasingly looking not only at Bitcoin. $ETH and $SOL can also “wake up” pretty quickly when capital starts flowing back into altcoins.
And here’s what I’m curious about: if today you had to choose only one coin and hold it until the end of the year—what would you pick?
$BTC — for reliability? $ETH — for the ecosystem? BNB — for its connection to Binance? $SOL — for network activity?
It looks like the line between crypto and traditional finance is starting to blur.
Things used to be simple.
Stocks — with a broker.
Crypto — on an exchange.
Money — in a bank.
And now tokenized stocks, stablecoins, and digital assets are appearing—blending these worlds more and more.
And here’s what I’m curious about.
If, in a few years, stocks, cryptocurrency, and regular money end up in one wallet—will we still be separating them into “crypto” and “traditional finance”?
Or for most people, will it just become one word:
money.
Would you like to see everything in one wallet—or would you rather keep these things separate?
I regularly write posts here, trying different topics and formats, but sometimes I look at the reactions and think: maybe I’m just not hitting what you’re really interested in?
So I’ll ask directly:
What do you feel is missing from my posts?
Are the topics not right? Too much text? Not enough specifics? Not enough personal opinion? Or do you just scroll past such publications?
No offense and no “correct” answers. I genuinely want to understand what you’d like to read here more often.
You can even answer with just one sentence. I’ll read everything. 👇
We constantly talk about scarcity. Bitcoin is limited. Rare NFTs are limited. Gold is also not infinite. But there is one thing that each of us truly has less and less of with every minute. Time. Money can be earned again. Bitcoin can be bought later. Something can be lost and then found or replaced by another.
Bitcoin has one unpleasant habit — forcing you to buy exactly when it’s already scary not to.
When BTC drops, most people wait: “Alright, let it fall a bit more — then I’ll enter.”
Then the price turns around and starts to rise.
At first you think: okay, it’ll retrace now. Then another +3–5%. Then you open the chart after a couple of hours — and it’s already higher again.
And that’s where it gets really interesting.
Now you’re not buying because you like the price. You’re buying because you’re afraid of being left behind.
And it’s exactly these moments that raise the most questions for me. Why? Because sitting calmly and reasoning about strategy is easy when the market is standing still. But when Bitcoin starts moving sharply — all that “cool head” disappears very quickly. 😄
So I’d still avoid chasing the candle with the whole amount. If you’re going to enter, do it in parts and keep some money aside in case of a pullback.
But here’s what’s interesting.
If you’ve been in crypto for a while — have you learned to calmly watch as BTC moves up without you? Or does your hand still reach for BUY? 😄
Let’s imagine a simple scenario: you have $1000 in free funds that you’re ready to hold for a few years. And then $BTC drops another 10%.
What would you do?
🟡 Buy Bitcoin right away with the entire amount 🔵 Buy in parts during the dip ⚪ Stay in USDT and wait for a stronger correction 🔴 Not buy BTC at all right now
In this kind of situation, I’d most likely choose to buy in portions. Catching the perfect bottom is almost impossible, and entering with the whole sum at once is extra risk.
I’m curious what people who have been in the market for a long time think: which option would you choose, and why?
The market is kind of nervous right now, so I wouldn't buy just because, “it’s definitely going up right now.” It's more interesting to see whether BTC can hold its positions and show a normal continuation of the rise.
Sometimes it's better to skip a small move than to jump in on emotions and then sit there waiting for the price to come back.
For now, I'm just watching. If the market gives a clearer signal—then you can think about what to do next.
Are you buying BTC little by little right now, or keeping your money in USDT and waiting?
