The essence of the economic system is inflation growth. The dollar system was established about 200 years ago. To be precise, the first dollar as a currency backed by gold was printed in 1792, and since then, this system has not undergone modernization. The essence of this system with unlimited emission looks like this: Printing currency → Growth of liquidity in the system → Decrease in the rate → Growth of inflation → Increase in the rate → Withdrawal of liquidity → Decrease in inflation. And so on in a circle. Because otherwise, it cannot be.

Global Printing Press. ➤ Countries with the largest economies are all in debt. ➤ Japan's government debt to GDP ratio is 215%, the USA – 125%, the Eurozone – 95%, China – 93%. ➤ Over the last 10 years, this percentage has doubled. The global debt crisis is real (The Kobeissi Letter) ➤ During major debt crises, large-scale monetary easing is often initiated (the printing press is turned on) to provide liquidity to the system, prevent mass defaults, and keep the economy from collapsing.

If the scenario of including Bitcoin in the US national reserve is approved, then it can certainly be used for their own interests. I am also pleased with the adoption of the 401k amendment, which opens the US pension fund for investments in the Cryptocurrency market. It is clear that not all of this capital will be directed to the market, but if at least 5%, then this is a huge share of real money that is not in crypto. Such inflows will create pressure for the revival of the market and its subsequent growth.

Interesting thoughts have come to my mind. So far, there have been positive news regarding the crypto market. Mass adoption, legislation like Genius and Clarity. And the market did everything to fall despite the positive news. And I thought, could it be that we will soar on negative news? Everyone will be convinced that it's a bear market and the end of the cycle. And the market will go against the news agenda. Well, the financial market has always been irrational, and such a scenario cannot be ruled out. I write this, and I can't believe that I wrote such nonsense. 😁

Money - a tool. Not the meaning of life. We have all been taught our whole lives that money is something valuable that is earned through hard work. But it's funny that large amounts of money can be made very easily and simply. Having been in the company of truly wealthy people, I noticed one amusing fact. People of that caliber do not view money as something valuable. For them, money is an abstraction.

The End of the Bull Cycle. You may think that very bullish sentiment is rising in the network. But that's not the case. The Fear and Greed Index speaks for itself: Extreme fear. Whether in the crypto market or the stock market. There is extreme fear and apathy everywhere. The increase in short positions also indicates this, as retail participants do not believe in growth. On the contrary, they expect a decline and the beginning of a bearish cycle.

Why does it seem that 'everything has died' You do not see the death of the market. You see the hardest phase of any phase - the phase of waiting for redistribution. It’s like standing in a corridor before a large hall: Outside it is quiet, but inside they are already setting up the stage, equipment, and lights. When the doors open, it seems as if the holiday has suddenly started. But it is not sudden. It's just that its preparation is not shown to the public.

Why does it seem that 'everything has died'

You do not see the death of the market.
You see the hardest phase of any phase - the phase of waiting for redistribution.

It’s like standing in a corridor before a large hall:

Outside it is quiet, but inside they are already setting up the stage, equipment, and lights. When the doors open, it seems as if the holiday has suddenly started.

But it is not sudden. It's just that its preparation is not shown to the public.

Why one explosive growth is not enough for funds. If a fund has 50–80% of the issuance, it physically cannot dump coins in 2-4 weeks. Even if the market is in euphoria. The reason is simple: the market will not withstand such a volume of sales, the price will collapse. Funds only sell when the crowd buys fervently and without pauses. For this to happen, one ‘candle up’ is not enough. A stage is needed. A show. A circus. A ritual.

2025. The market as a show that has dragged on. And why the end is closer than it seems This whole year, the market resembles a cheap reality show, where the screenwriters themselves got tangled in the script. The fall is replaced by disappointment, disappointment by silence, silence by a new wave of panic. People are tired, capital is anxious, and large funds suddenly begin to look like schoolchildren who have lost their cheat sheet before the exam.

What does this mean for the markets and why is this not a rate-setting meeting — we explain in this post. 🔒 What is the meeting about? This is not a FOMC (Federal Open Market Committee) meeting, which makes key decisions on interest rates and monetary policy.

Now everyone who is lazy is saying that we are entering a bear market. This mass sentiment is particularly among retail participants. Has the crowd ever been right? In October, we were expecting an altseason. Did we get it?

A few words about coin unlocks. It is regularly observed that top projects have regular unlocks. The community reacts by dumping these coins into the market for sale. But the fact is that the market is currently in a catastrophic state, where to dump? Is there liquidity for this? - No. Exactly the same was said about Solana when it was worth $8-10. I clearly remember the beginning of summer 2023, when Solana was worth $8 and there were both unlocks and mass withdrawals from staking. In the end, what did we see?
