🚨 Binance claims that 10 assets are backed 1:1, with verifiable proof: BTC, ETH, USDT, BNB, SOL, USDC, XRP, USD1, RLUSD, and ZEC.

📍 It says it has replaced around 95% of the assets affected by the hack with its own funds. The remaining 5%, consisting of less liquid tokens, are still being purchased.

📍 Net outflows over 24 hours have fallen to around $3.29 billion, down from a peak of around $7 billion, according to DefiLlama.

📍 Next steps: a gradual resumption of withdrawals on other networks tomorrow, 03-11; a new snapshot of reserves on Wednesday, 04-11; then the full proof 40 to 50 hours later. No exact date has been given.

📍 Binance reports $4.649 billion in withdrawals and $1.01 billion in deposits on 01-11, for net outflows of around 2.1% of its $171 billion in assets.

📍 The full proof of reserves is promised for Tuesday 03-11 UTC. Only the snapshot from 31-10 is public for now.

📍 Many tokens remain locked, and no date has been given for the next phase.
