🏴☠️🎢 Initia hacked: hacker drained $2.7 million, and INIT plunged before bouncing back!
A vulnerability was discovered on the Initia network that allowed an attacker to mint unbacked tokens and drain real assets through cross-chain bridges.
🔸 Preliminary estimates put the amount drained at around $2.7 million in crypto assets. 🔸 The Initia team halted L1 and Rollup and is investigating the impact of the attack. 🔸 The INIT token itself was not affected by the minting vulnerability, the project’s co-founder said.

The final extent of the damage has not yet been determined.

🇨🇳 China to create a national blockchain network by 2030
Chinese authorities have approved a five-year digital development plan that includes creating a national blockchain infrastructure by 2030.
Blockchain technology is set to be widely adopted in finance, international trade, industry, and agriculture. The plan also provides for the development of unified technology standards and data exchange infrastructure.
The ban on cryptocurrency-related activities in China remains in place. The plan concerns the development of blockchain technology, not the legalization of cryptocurrency trading.
👀 The founder of Internet Computer accused NEAR of using someone else’s technology without permission!
Dominic Williams, founder of DFINITY, said that the Chain Signatures technology used in NEAR Intents is based on DFINITY’s cryptographic research.
🔹 What’s the allegation? According to Williams, NEAR has been using a threshold-signature scheme developed by DFINITY cryptographers for about 2.5 years without the required license. 🔹 What does the technology do? It allows NEAR to sign transactions on other blockchains, including Bitcoin and Ethereum, without conventional cross-chain bridges. 🔹 What evidence is there? Williams cites academic publications and GitHub. He also claims that NEAR is switching to an alternative, slower signature scheme.
🚀 Ripple and Swiss financial company Arf have announced a partnership to expand international payments using RLUSD and the XRP Ledger
Arf processes around $10 billion in settlements annually. The company now plans to use XRPL to provide liquidity to payment organizations.
🔹 RLUSD — short-term financing for international transfers, typically with a maturity of 1 to 5 days. 🔹 XRPL — infrastructure for processing settlements. 🔹 Lending on XRPL — Arf plans to use the built-in Lending Protocol once it is activated.
So, what does XRP get out of this? The token will be used for network fees and reserves, but the loans themselves will be issued in RLUSD.
$10 billion is Arf’s current annual transaction volume, not an amount that has already moved to XRPL. The volume of future transactions on the network has not yet been disclosed.
💰 Aave is preparing new tokenomics: buybacks, staking, and burning #AAVE
Aave founder Stani Kulechov unveiled the concept for Aavenomics 3.0, which will bring together three mechanisms:
➖ Buybacks of AAVE funded by protocol revenue. ➖ Staking — using tokens to secure the protocol. ➖ Burning AAVE — permanently reducing the token supply.
💰 Aave previously allocated up to $50 million a year for buybacks, but the program was paused in April 2026.
📌 The DAO will decide how much AAVE to burn and when the new model will launch.
👨👧👧Santiment: The number of XRP holders has reached a record high as network growth accelerates.

🦄 Uniswap starts earning from competitors’ liquidity
Uniswap has launched Aggregator Hooks—a technology that lets users tap into the liquidity of other decentralized exchanges directly within Uniswap v4.
🔥 What’s changed:
➖ 7 liquidity sources are now connected, covering more than 90% of DEX activity on supported networks. ➖ Available on Ethereum, Base, and Robinhood Chain. ➖ The system automatically finds the best swap route, including through third-party platforms.
💰 The most interesting part is the fees! Even trades routed through competitors’ liquidity will generate fees for the Uniswap protocol, which are used in the #UNI burn mechanism.
- What should you do if the bank runs out of money?
- Some players may think that if the bank runs out of money, it will go bankrupt. The bank can never go bankrupt. To continue the game (without money), simply keep track of the players’ transactions on a separate sheet of paper until the bank has enough money again. The banker can even issue “new” money by drawing it on ordinary paper.

🌉 Central banks are increasing their gold reserves and moving them out of the US
According to Fortune, central banks are increasingly reconsidering where they store their gold amid geopolitical tensions.
➖ France withdrew all its gold from the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. ➖ The Netherlands moved around 86 tonnes of gold from the US and Canada to London. ➖ Central banks’ gold purchases averaged around 1,000 tonnes annually over the past four years—twice the previous level.
The reason is a desire to reduce the risks of holding reserves abroad and ensure access to gold in times of crisis.
📉 Large Hyperliquid traders are betting on an XRP decline
According to the Hyperliquid Long/Short Trader Ratio, 62.48% of XRP traders hold short positions, while 37.52% hold long positions. Meanwhile, the picture is quite different for other cryptocurrencies:
XRP has the highest share of short sellers among the assets listed.
📌 However, a large number of short positions is no guarantee that the price will fall. If XRP starts rising sharply, closing short positions could amplify the upward move.
💰The Starknet community overwhelmingly supported studying the network’s transition from Ethereum L2 to an independent post-quantum L1.
🔹 93.52% of votes were in favor of studying the transition. 🔹 The goal is to protect the network from future quantum threats and reduce its reliance on Ethereum. 🔹 In November, StarkWare plans to present a draft of the technical documentation.
📌 For now, only the research has been approved. The actual transition will require a separate vote. #STRK will remain the network’s primary token.
