The Fed kept rates at 3.75–4.00% in a 10–2 vote: Lisa Cook and Beth Hammack voted for a hike. Chair Kevin Worga again declined to forecast decisions (“I don’t believe in forward guidance”), while the market still sees a December hike as likely. $BTC initially surged to $81,700, but gave back its gains and is trading around $80,000 this morning.
