The latest hourly candle for LPT pushed price, trading volume, and open interest higher at the same time, but some of the gains have already been given back intraday. Public Binance data at 15:37 (UTC+8) shows $LPT spot and perpetual futures both at 1.88, up 7.68% and 7.61% over 24 hours, respectively. Compared with the previous completed hourly close, the current perpetual price is about 4.08% lower.

In the previous completed hour, spot rose 3.63%, with trading volume up 2097.80% from the prior hour; perpetual futures rose 3.32%, with trading volume up 1553.57%. Over the last four completed hours, the two markets gained 8.48% and 8.05%, respectively, while trading volume reached 12.84 and 13.64 times that of the preceding four hours. This acceleration is backed by volume across both markets.

⚡ Quantity OI rose 36.54% over the last hour and 47.53% over the 48-point window. The indicated funding rate is -0.1689%, while the most recent actual settlement was +0.0050%. When price, volume, and open interest expand together, deeply negative indicated funding may continue to fuel a squeeze, but it also means deleveraging could happen faster during an intraday pullback.

I’m watching 2.175 and 1.886 as the key boundaries. If the next completed hour reclaims 2.175 while volume and OI continue to rise, that would confirm the breakout has follow-through. If price falls below 1.886 alongside contracting OI, it would suggest new positions are starting to unwind, so avoid chasing at elevated levels for now.
