BlockBeats News, October 10: According to monitoring by Onchain Lens, the suspected hacker linked to the cryptocurrency theft involving recent Ledger reseller CryptoBillis, with losses reportedly approaching $90 million, has transferred 430.2 ETH, worth approximately $1.07 million, to Tornado Cash through four wallets.
After Tether froze some of the related funds, the suspect reportedly began converting USDT to USDD through SUN.io and USDD’s PSM, while some funds also flowed into Binance hot wallets.
The related suspect wallets flagged by Onchain Lens still hold assets worth approximately $70.6 million, including 11,406 ETH (about $28.35 million), 213.371 BTC (about $17.65 million), 13.646 million USDD (about $13.65 million), and 10.909 million USDT (about $10.91 million).
As funds are still moving on-chain, the tracking data above and the suspects’ links to them require further verification.
