According to SlowMist, the attackers started infiltrating systems associated with the Bitget wallet on August 31, weeks before the withdrawal of nearly $388 million on September 24.
🔹 Employee credentials and a custom withdrawal tool were used
🔹 The transfer process lasted about 3 hours
🔹 Later, money-laundering activity suspected to be linked to North Korea was detected via CoW Protocol and Chainflip.
