AI stocks continue to attract attention as Nvidia points to strong future chip demand and leading AI companies keep reporting record-level revenues. But the bigger question is whether this growth can remain sustainable.

The AI boom is being supported by massive spending on chips, data centers and computing infrastructure. If AI adoption continues across technology, healthcare, finance and other industries, demand for computing power could remain strong. At the same time, high valuations and huge investment costs mean investors are also watching for signs of overheating.

Government support could become another important factor. With the U.S. discussing stronger AI investment and infrastructure, the sector may receive additional long-term support.

My view: AI has strong growth potential, but the market may remain volatile. I would focus on earnings, revenue growth, AI demand and valuation rather than chasing short-term price moves.

What do you think — is the AI stock rally a lasting trend or a short-term bounce? 👇
