First phase of the bull market:
BTC and ETH surge first, a small number of major coins follow, and altcoins move little;

Second phase of the bull market:
BTC reaches the previous high and then pulls back. Major coins and altcoins sell off in tandem, but the extent of the decline differs;

Third phase of the bull market:
BTC breaks above the previous high and makes new highs. Capital overflows, driving major coins and altcoins to rotate upward;

Fourth phase of the bull market:
Altcoins top out early and fall, and BTC tops out last and forms a topping pattern.

We are currently in the first phase.
