US Bitcoin ETFs just bled $450M yesterday — heaviest outflow since June 25 after Senate blocked Clarity Act.

But look:
BTC -0.98% holding
XRP -9.07% dumped
XLM -10.17% rekt

Institutions selling but BTC not crashing. Is this risk-off before Fed decision tomorrow, or just profit taking?

I'm holding $SOL and watching — if BTC holds $114k, this is noise.
