A film so crudely made it’s almost amateur—because the title happened to collide with the market’s expectations of a “bull market,” it unexpectedly turned into a financial narrative. While people were talking about “Niu Lai” on A-shares, the same-named meme coin quickly appeared on BSC as well. This joke that heavily relies on Chinese context was soon translated by English accounts into a whole new set of wording.

On the “Niu Lai” page of the Fomo App launch platform, Quarterty calls it a “symbol of kick-starting global finance,” frankdegods says it’s “a meme that, in the literal sense, changed the trend of A-shares,” and Rowdy wrote: “The China stocks related to ‘Niu Lai’ have once again hit the daily limit—+10%... You can’t cap the upside of ‘Niu Lai.’ The bull is right here.”

The Chinese world provides the narrative, English social accounts handle the calls, and cross-chain trading products bring onlookers into BSC.

We analyzed the trading records of the top 50 wallet addresses on the “Niu Lai” profit leaderboard, selected three most representative wallets, and identified the corresponding trading strategies.

Strategic early entry

Address: 0x639cf6961b227d73fc4015380104249571c73da4

“Niu Lai” was created at 11:59 on August 13. That day at 21:20, this wallet completed its only purchase—about 9 hours and 21 minutes after the token launch. At the time, the market cap was about $6.27K and the amount invested was only $120.1; after that, it didn’t add more funds.

After a day and a half, “Niu Lai”’s market cap rose to about $1.08M. It completed its first sell, recovering about $5.19K. With just this single trade, the payout was already about 43x the initial investment.

After its first sell, it didn’t rush to clear out. When “Niu Lai”’s market cap was about $3.79M—$3.97M, it completed the first round of continuous de-risking; when the market cap was about $7.54M—$7.72M, it completed another round of selling. After the market cap entered $20.08M—$21.70M, it cashed out the largest portion of profit in one go.

As of now, this wallet still retains about 26.2% of its initial position. There were no additional top-ups throughout the process.

Almost all the profit from this strategy comes from the first buy. With a $6.27K market-cap bet, it first recouped $1.08M in cash—far exceeding the original principal—then continued to realize gains each time it crossed a new market-cap level.

The second wallet also bought early, but executed in a much more aggressive way. It used Fomo to cross-chain purchase “Niu Lai” from Solana using USDC, totaling about $108K.

This wallet initially only used two trades, investing about $4.19K when the market cap was $287K—$325K. After “Niu Lai” rose to $2.4M—$3.18M, it sold about 28.8% of its early position, recovering about $11.8K.

Many early wallets that reach this point keep reducing their positions continuously, but this wallet started expanding its trading size. With a market cap of $2.15M—$6.24M, it bought about $22.6K across 13 times. In the same period, it also sold about $44.1K across 11 times between $2.4M—$16.08M, recouping about $44.1K.

Once it entered the main upswing, this wallet both traded the waves and increased the bet size: at a market cap of $12.19M—$25.82M, it bought $39.4K on wave trading and sold about $143.1K; at a market cap of $22.51M—$44.82M, it made another 10 buys, investing about $57.4K.

The last set of trades best shows its trading style. “Niu Lai” is already near $40M, yet it’s still willing to buy—it bets that “Niu Lai” can keep the trend going.

On GMGN, this wallet had only 13 buys and 5 sells. Its average buying market cap was about $421K, and its average selling market cap was about $18.27M.

This wallet built its position with 8 transactions. The earliest two occurred at market caps of $66.53K and $73.88K; then the remaining 6 were distributed between $228.73K—$363.78K, for a total investment of about $3.45K. After “Niu Lai” rose to $1.41M, it sold about 425.

When the market cap reached $19.17M, it transferred a position worth about $23.8K to 0xd29e...02c1. The receiving address then accumulated selling of about $43.8K, with an average selling market cap of about $11.65M.

After transferring the position, the main address didn’t stop trading. When “Niu Lai” fell back from around $19M to about $10.98M—$11.20M, it put in about $3.65K across 5 times. Then, when the market cap rebounded to $33.45M—$33.95M, it directly sold about $11.07K. As of now, this address still holds “Niu Lai” worth about $470K.

Fomo brings Solana players into BSC

Among the top 50 on the “Niu Lai” profit leaderboard, 13 are Fomo users. For a BSC meme that relies on a Chinese-language context, this proportion best reflects changes in the participant composition.

Fomo is a competitor of pumpfun. It puts wallets, cross-chain, trading, and social feeds into the same entry point: traders first discover the asset on the leaderboard, hot alerts, or posts from other accounts, then directly use a unified USD balance to place a cross-chain buy.

Fomo supports multi-chain operations, so traders don’t need to manually bridge, switch networks, or pre-prepare destination-chain gas. Relay handles routing, gas, and asset conversion in the background. Fomo also subsidizes destination-chain gas and Solana source-chain gas. Mobile supports Apple Pay deposits, while the social layer provides a profit leaderboard, trading viewpoints, follows of traders, and quick buys.

According to data from Fomo’s partner cross-chain bridge Relay, within three months of launching, Fomo completed about $317M in transaction volume and over 500,000 cross-chain transactions, with 92% of activity occurring between different chains. In April 2026, Fomo reported about 500,000 registered users.

These features compress the path for Solana players to enter BSC. When BSC has a行情, it’s easier to migrate some funds and attention over.

“Niu Lai” may not exist for the long term. However, changes in the flow of funds will remain. When BSC sees another high-intensity market surge, Solana users don’t need to first become long-term BSC users—they can enter directly. At this stage, where trading opportunities appear, money gets sent there.
