According to Odaily Planet Daily, Bitcoin holdings company Strategy CEO Phong Le said the company plans to resume buying more Bitcoin later this year. Since the beginning of this year, the company has purchased about 175,000 Bitcoins and sold about 7,000, with its buy volume about 25 times its sell volume. Phong Le said Strategy has risen from being the world’s second-largest institutional Bitcoin holder to the largest. The company currently holds more than 840,000 Bitcoins in total. Since May this year, it has sold Bitcoin four times, most recently selling 1,690 Bitcoins. The funds Strategy recently obtained from selling Bitcoin were used to pay preferred stock dividends, repurchase shares, and replenish its U.S. dollar reserves.
