But thanks to the dual-class share structure:

Musk still controls more than 82% of voting rights even though he doesn’t own more than 50% of the equity.

Notably, SpaceX also holds around 18,712 BTC, worth about $1.19B at BTC ~$63.7K. External shareholders cannot force Musk/SpaceX to sell these BTC.
