Binance completed the $1 billion Bitcoin conversion for its emergency fund, committing to holding Bitcoin as its core reserve asset.
Binance purchased another $304 million worth of Bitcoin

on Thursday, completing the conversion of $1 billion in Bitcoin for its Secure Asset Fund for Users (SAFU) wallet, according to Arkham data.
The fund now holds 15,000 Bitcoin, worth over $1 billion, acquired at an average aggregate cost basis of $67,000 per coin.

Multiple signer keys associated with ShibaSwap appear to have been compromised, resulting in an estimated loss of $2.8 million today.
Attack Method: The attacker used a flash loan to temporarily acquire 4.6 million BONE tokens (Shibarium's governance token) on ShibaSwap. This allowed them to control a majority (10 out of 12) of the validator keys, giving them the power to push fraudulent checkpoints to the network's consensus layer and approve malicious transactions.
Funds Stolen: The total value of stolen assets was estimated at around $4.1 million.
This included:
Ethereum (ETH)
Shiba Inu (SHIB)
K9 Finance (KNINE)
Doge Killer (LEASH)
Smaller amounts of USDC, USDT, and TREAT tokens.
