My ETH is stuck in pending for two days, tried new transaction with same nonce.. still stuck , Why? And what can i do?
Transaction delays can occur due to various reasons, such as network congestion or low gas fees. Here are a few suggestions you can try to resolve the issue:
- Check the transaction status: Start by checking the transaction status on a blockchain explorer like Etherscan or Etherchain. Enter your transaction hash or wallet address to see if the transaction has been confirmed, stuck, or failed. This will give you an idea of what's happening.
- Gas fees: Ensure that you've used an appropriate gas fee for your transaction. If the fee is too low, miners may not prioritize your transaction, leading to delays. You can check the current gas prices on websites like GasNow or ETH Gas Station and try resending the transaction with a higher gas fee.
- Replace or cancel the transaction: Some wallets or platforms offer features to replace or cancel a pending transaction. If your wallet supports this, you can try replacing the stuck transaction with a new one that includes a higher gas fee. Alternatively, canceling the transaction and trying again might be an option.
- Contact customer support: If the above steps don't resolve the issue, reach out to the customer support of the wallet or platform you used to initiate the transaction. They might be able to provide specific guidance or assistance in resolving the problem.
In some cases, network congestion can cause significant delays in transaction processing. If the transaction is still pending, it's possible that you need to wait for the congestion to clear up before it can be processed successfully. Keep monitoring the transaction status and be patient.
