Bitcoin could draw trillions of dollars from institutional investors over the next decade as advisers, family offices, pension plans and sovereign wealth funds adopt it as a mainstream asset, Bitwise CIO Matt Hougan said. According to CoinDesk, Hougan said large capital pools control $100 trillion to $200 trillion globally, and even a 1% allocation to bitcoin could support his long-term price targets.
