Most people think an "AI agent" in crypto means a bot that fires trades for you.
Mine did something quieter, and it felt like a turning point.
I asked it to mint my Ptah Proof of Agent card on BNB Chain. It read the contract, checked the mint window, confirmed I had no card, quoted the gas, ran a simulation, and then just waited. Nothing moved until I said go. The receipt came back with a number: #17414.
Total cost: about one cent of BNB. No token approval, no seed phrase pasted anywhere, no tab-hopping between wallet and dApp at 2am.
That is the real shift. The card is soulbound, so it is not about flipping a JPEG. It is a receipt that says you were here, and you let the agent do the work.
If you have not tried giving an agent a bounded wallet, start with something free and boring like a mint. Watch how it reads before it writes.
