Protokoll 28 konzentriert sich stark auf die Verbesserung der Entwicklererfahrung beim Erstellen von Smart Contracts auf Stellar. Die drei wichtigsten Änderungen sind CAP-83, CAP-85 und CAP-86.
CAP-85 ermöglicht es mehreren Soroban-Contracts, auf eine extern verwaltete ausführbare Datei zu verweisen.
