Ab dem 4. Februar 2027 beginnt Südkorea mit der Einführung eines rechtlichen Rahmens für tokenisierte Wertpapiere, der schrittweise umgesetzt wird und Anleihen, Geldmarktfonds, nicht börsennotierte Aktien und schließlich die Ausweitung auf öffentliche Wertpapiere umfasst.
Das Wichtigste ist: Der Plan endet nicht nur damit, dass Vermögenswerte in Tokens umgewandelt werden; er zielt darauf ab, eine Finanzinfrastruktur aufzubauen, die Emission, Handel und Abwicklung auf der Kette umfasst – mit der Möglichkeit, die Abwicklung künftig mit Stablecoins zu verknüpfen.
Dieser Schritt spiegelt einen bedeutenden Wandel wider:
