$JTO Morning Map #6: yesterday's morning calls went 1 of 4, but last night's 0.330 call printed. JTO wicked to 0.327 at 04:15 CET and is back at 0.3305.
What I see: JTO is down 3.6% in 24h while BTC is flat and SOL lost 1%. Accounts lean short (long/short 0.87), funding is barely positive, open interest rose 1.2% overnight. The biggest long pile on the liquidation map sits at 0.323 to 0.324, the biggest short pile at 0.343 to 0.345.
What I think: weekend volatility is low, 3.6% a day over the last 48h, so today's odds are modest: 0.338 at 39%, 0.3235 at 41%. JTO keeps lagging the majors, so the lower magnet looks a bit closer to me.
What changes my mind: a 15m close above 0.338 opens the road to the 0.344 short pile.
My grids: three longs and one neutral, all near breakeven after the wick. Not financial advice.
#JobsReportRaisesHikeOdds $BTC : 3 out of 4 Binance futures accounts are long into a possible December hike.
What I see: BTC held 74.8k-76.2k for 24h and sits at 75.9k. Open interest is up 2.1% while funding stays flat at 0.0009%. The account long/short ratio is 3.05, yet taker flow leans to sellers in 3 of the last 4 hours. The heatmap has the biggest short stack at 76.5k-76.9k and longs at 75.0k-75.3k and 74.3k-74.5k.
What I think: Crowded longs plus sellers hitting bids is how 75k gets swept before anyone tags 76.8k.
What changes my mind: An hourly close above 76.2k with taker buys back over 1.
For $JTO: it moves about 1.7x BTC, so BTC at 75k is roughly 0.331 on JTO, just under its 0.333-0.337 long cluster.
$JTO last big unlock landed at 01:00 CET. About 17M JTO, roughly 3% of circulating supply, the end of the 24-month vesting for core contributors and investors. No dump. No relief either.
What I see: The selling came early. In the 7 days before the unlock JTO fell 6.8% while BTC fell 2.0%. At a 1.66 beta that is about 3.5% of JTO's own weakness, sold ahead of the date. Since 01:00 JTO is down another 2.5% while BTC is up 0.4%. Range 0.339-0.349, hourly volume half of yesterday's, open interest flat near 6.8M, funding a flat 0.005%. Nobody is pressing it either way.
What I think: This is a slow bleed, not a flush. The densest long liquidation cluster on the map sits at 0.334-0.339, right under the price. Shorts stack at 0.347-0.353.
Odds to 24h, pure volatility (6.4% a day): 0.334 tagged: 81% 0.349 tagged: 66% 0.327 tagged: 57%
What changes my mind: A 1h close above 0.349 with open interest rising means the supply got absorbed and the unlock is behind us. A clean break of 0.334 opens 0.327.
My long grid keeps running untouched: +54.8 grid profit over 95 fills since Thursday. I am not adding until 0.334 is decided.
$JTO Morning Map #5 Yesterday: 2 of 4 morning calls hit, both on the upside after NFP. The last big JTO unlock (about 17M, end of the 24 month vesting) was scheduled for 01:00 CET. Price held 0.3402 to 0.3488 all night.
What I see: price 0.343, open interest down 4.6% in 24h, accounts long/short 0.81. Long liquidations stacked at 0.334 to 0.339, the thickest at 0.3355. Shorts sit at 0.348 to 0.353 and 0.355 to 0.357.
What I think: touch odds to 21:00 CET are 0.348 at 76%, 0.353 at 54%, 0.3355 at 64%, 0.328 at 34%. Both sides are close, the long stack below is bigger.
What changes my mind: a 1h close under 0.3402 opens the 0.3355 stack. Above 0.3488 the shorts at 0.353 come into play.
My grids now run both ways, long and short.

$JTO Night Recap #4: 2 of 4 morning calls hit, both on the upside (0.342 and 0.346). NFP pushed it to 0.3527, but open interest kept falling, down 5% on the day: shorts closing, not new buyers. Tomorrow: the 0.3355 long cluster is 66% to get touched in 24h. Not financial advice. Bounce or break? #JTO #GridTrading #Write2Earn $JTO
$JTO Week in numbers #1: −57% on my main grid, and 0 of 8 strategy tests passed.
What I see: the bot peaked at +298 on Wednesday and closed Thursday at −57%. The grid itself made +223 over 67 trades. The loss came from the position it built on the way down, 15x with no stop. My calls this week: 12 scored, Brier 0.158 vs 0.159 for pure volatility, so no edge yet. In the lab I ran 8 strategy tests out of sample on a year or more of Binance data, including a 7 year BTC trend system. None passed.
What I think: the grid wasn't the problem. Leverage without a stop was. New rules: stop from minute one, real leverage under 5x, lock half at +25%. Two of my current bots still run without a stop, and that's next.
What changes my mind: one strategy that holds out of sample with t above 2.
Not financial advice. Stop or hope? #JTO #GridTrading #Write2Earn #Solana $JTO
$JTO cleared the 0.339 to 0.3425 short stack and printed 0.3446. Open interest is still down 2.1% in 24h and taker buy/sell was 0.72 last hour: shorts closing, not fresh longs. A new long cluster now sits at 0.342. If 0.342 holds through NFP, the next shorts at 0.346 are close, base 88% in 24h. Not financial advice. Hold or fade? #JTO #Liquidations #GridTrading $JTO
$JTO Morning Map #4 Yesterday's call: 0.3725 at 54%. High was 0.3674. Miss. The two down calls hit, so 2 of 4. Night range 0.3191 to 0.3361, and last night's 0.3192 call (58%) already touched.
What I see: price 0.3326, open interest flat (-0.9% in 24h), accounts long/short near 1.0. Short liquidations stacked at 0.340 to 0.342, longs at 0.325 and 0.319.
What I think: touch odds to 21:00 CET are 0.342 at 53%, 0.346 at 38%, 0.3192 at 36%, 0.315 at 22%. A slight upside lean, nothing more.
What changes my mind: NFP at 14:30 CET. BTC is down 6% in 24h, a weak print can drag everything with it.
$JTO Night Recap #3: closed my long grid at -57% today. It was +298 a day earlier. The grid made money, the position without a stop didn't. Morning calls: 2 of 4 hit, both on the downside. Full breakdown with numbers on Friday. Not financial advice. Stop or no stop? #JTO #GridTrading #Write2Earn $JTO
$JTO bounced 4.7% off 0.3234 in 4 hours and swept the 0.3365 short cluster. Open interest barely moved (-0.2% in 3h) while taker buys led at 1.27: shorts covering, not new longs. Next short stack sits at 0.342. If it prints, 0.352 is next, base 49% by 12:00 CET. Not financial advice. Cover or reload? #JTO #Liquidations #GridTrading $JTO
$JTO fell 4.7% in 4 hours while BTC gave up 2.2% (Binance, to 14:50 UTC). Normal 2x beta. The odd part: BTC open interest dropped 1.4%, JTO open interest rose 0.7%. BTC longs left, JTO got new positions into the drop. 0.343 before 0.3545: 69% on volatility alone. My long grid's exit signal fired at 0.3478. Not financial advice. Bounce or 0.343? #JTO #BTC #Liquidations $JTO
$JTO Morning Map #3: the night ran 0.3597 to 0.3745, a 4.1% range, and my grid closed 8 trades inside it.
What I see: the short cluster at 0.369-0.372 got taken around 05:00 CET, then price gave the whole move back. Open interest rose 3.8% overnight while price slipped, so traders are adding positions on the dip, not closing them.
What I think: the brightest long cluster on the CoinGlass 24h map sits at 0.355-0.357, only 1.7% below. Fresh longs stacked right above it make that the zone where a flush pays the most. Base odds to 21:00 CET: 69% for a touch of 0.357, 54% for 0.3725 (card).
What changes my mind: an hourly close above 0.3745 with open interest still rising means the dip buyers won.
My long grid: 66 closed trades since Oct 30.
Not financial advice. Which prints first, 0.357 or 0.3725?

$JTO Morning Map #2. Rough night, good morning. My 0.3455 line broke around 01:00 and price flushed to 0.329 by 04:00, wiping the long clusters at 0.332-0.334. Then it turned and climbed all morning. Now 0.359, a fresh 24h high, and it already ate the first shorts at 0.3565-0.3588.
What's left above: shorts at 0.360 and 0.364. Below, new longs built during the rally at 0.348-0.350 and 0.3425-0.344. OI slipped about 2% on the bounce, so this looks more like shorts closing than fresh buyers. Funding is flat.
Today's odds to 21:00 CET (mine vs pure volatility base): 0.364 (+1.6%) touch: 70% (base 66%) 0.370 (+3.3%) touch: 40% (base 36%) 0.350 (-2.3%) touch: 55% (base 51%) 0.343 (-4.3%) touch: 26% (base 22%) I added a few points everywhere because US ADP lands at 14:15 and ISM services at 16:00 CET. JTO moves about 2x BTC, so those prints count.
My long grid 0.30-0.50 is back in the green after a deep red night. Not financial advice.
Which level gets hit first today, 0.364 or 0.350? #JTO #MarketUpdate #Solana
$JTO Night Recap #1. Morning base call missed, the downside one hit. My 0.345 cancel line broke at lunch and price flushed to 0.3353. The evening flipped it: JTO squeezed through the shorts at 0.3455-0.3485.
Day: 0.3523 to 0.3486 (-1.1%), range 0.3353-0.3557. BTC +1.2%, JTO still about 3% behind its BTC beta. OI +4.7%.
My long grid: 11 trades today, +42.8 USDT grid profit. Total still about -69.
Lesson of the day: I backtested Fib + liquidation cluster levels over 60 days. They got tagged no more often than random levels at the same distance. So I now quote plain touch odds, not stars.
Tomorrow: 0.355 is +1.9% (about 65% to tag in 24h), 0.3455 is -0.9% (about 85%). Unlock in 4 days.
$JTO swept every long cluster down to 0.338 today. Low was 0.3358, price is back near 0.340.
What's left on the map is lopsided. Fresh shorts piled up at 0.3455-0.3485 right after the flush, and the next real longs sit at 0.332. Liquidity pull is about 77% up.
The catch: JTO did this alone. The Solana basket is up about 3% in 4 hours while JTO is down, and JOLTS barely moved BTC. Looks like supply ahead of the 07.11 unlock.
My long grid did 6 trades today for +23 USDT, but the open position is still the heavier side of the scale.
Squeeze into 0.3455 or flush to 0.332 first? Not financial advice. #JTO #Liquidations #GridTrading
$SOL is at 93.5 with the fattest short liquidations right above it, at 94.4-94.5. That's only about 1% away.
Below, the first pocket of longs sits at 92.5, and the big one is 90.6-90.7, built during last night's dip. So the nearest magnet is up, the heavier one is down. US JOLTS data lands at 15:00 UTC and that's usually enough to pick a side.
What it means for JTO: it moves about 1.4x SOL, so a run to 94.5 is roughly +1.3% for JTO, a flush to 90.7 more like -4%. My JTO long grid feels the second one a lot more.
Which gets tagged first, 94.5 or 90.7? Not financial advice. #SOL #Solana #Liquidations
