Scheitert diese Abstimmung = Der Gesetzentwurf ist für 2026 tot, voraussichtlich erst bis 2029 (die Midterms fressen den Kalender nach diesem Termin).
Besteht diese Abstimmung = Die Türen öffnen sich für eine echte Debatte, aber es ist noch ein weiter Weg bis zum tatsächlichen Gesetz.
