​As disciplined traders, we need to ignore the hype and focus on the charts using Smart Money Concepts (SMC). Here is a look at what might happen next.
​📈 Current Market Structure (BOS)
On the higher timeframes (4H and Daily), the market structure is in a clear bullish trend. Price is consistently moving higher and creating clear Break of Structure (BOS) patterns. However, no market goes straight up forever. Healthy trends require pullbacks.
​🛑 Liquidity Sweeps: What Happens Next?
A huge number of traders are buying this breakout. This means the buy-side liquidity has largely been taken. Now, Smart Money (large institutional players) will likely target sell-side liquidity resting below. We can expect a minor price drop (liquidity sweep) to shake out late buyers before the real move continues.
​🧱 Watching the Order Blocks (OBs)
Instead of rushing into long positions at the top, it is much safer to look for unmitigated Order Blocks below the current price. We are waiting for the price to drop back to previous consolidation zones where strong demand and buying pressure first started.
