They manage Star missions, evaluate Super Stars, and organize community-driven initiatives to improve the ecosystem.Super Star: Community leaders who host monthly AMA sessions, create high-quality content, and ensure Stars in their group are actively completing missions. Up to 2-3 new Super Stars are promoted each month based on their contributions.Star: The base level, starting with 3000 active community members. Stars are selected based on their participation in missions and engagement in Discord. They are grouped by language and region, with each group overseen by a Super Star.
How to Get Promoted
The promotion system in Artela is based on community contribution and mission performance. Here are the key stages:
From Artelian to Star: Active participation in campaigns and engagement in Discord are essential for promotion.From Star to Star+: Ranking is automatically determined based on task completion quality and participation in weekly missions.From Star+ to Star++: Super Stars can directly promote participants based on their achievements and contributions to the community.From Star++ to Super Star: Promotion is possible either through an automatic ranking system based on mission completion and leadership or through nominations by existing Super Stars.
Incentive Plan
To recognize active contributors, Artela offers a dynamic Incentive Plan. All mission completions and community contributions are rewarded in Crystal, which can be exchanged for native Artela tokens.
Each year, up to 1% of the total token supply will be distributed to Star Program participants. Rewards are based on mission completion, community engagement, and individual rankings.
