This month, the Treasury released approximately $180 billion through a lower TGA balance and Treasury bill buybacks.
The Federal Reserve added another $15.5 billion through T-bill purchases.
Markets have responded quickly:
• U.S. stocks gained roughly $1.6 trillion in market value
