🚨 A MASSIVE GOLD OPTIONS TRADE IS BETTING ON AN EXTREME OUTCOME

Around 11,000 December 2026 COMEX gold call spreads were reportedly accumulated at the $15,000/$20,000 strikes.

That represents exposure linked to roughly 1.1 million ounces of gold.

But this does not prove insiders expect gold to reach $20,000.

Open interest cannot reveal whether the position belongs to one buyer, several traders, a hedge fund—or whether it offsets another portfolio risk.

What it does show is demand for extreme upside protection.

The structure begins gaining at expiration above $15,000and reaches its maximum payout at $20,000.

With gold near $4,150, that remains a deep out-of-the-money tail-risk trade.

Possible explanations include:

Monetary instability
Extreme inflation
Currency debasement
A geopolitical shock
Or simply a low-cost “lottery ticket”

The trade is unusual.

But unusual does not automatically mean informed.

🤠 Solana DvP Launches

Solana Foundation has launched Solana DvP, an open settlement standard for banks. The MIT-licensed open-source program transfers the asset and money simultaneously. A trade either settles in full or does not settle, with finality in seconds instead of 1-2 days on traditional markets.

It supports SPL Token and Token-2022, including extensions for regulated issuers, and can be used by any two counterparties with a bank, custodian, or exchange as settlement agent.

J.P. Morgan advised on settlement practices but did not develop or approve the program. Audits are complete, and the foundation says it is ready for real funds. Confidential settlement is planned.
