#dusk $DUSK I used to think adding more validators automatically made a blockchain harder to attack. Then I started looking at the other side of that equation: every additional observer can also increase the surface through which transaction behaviour becomes visible.
That is where @Dusk gets interesting to me. The real problem is not simply whether 100 or 1,000 validators can confirm a transaction. It is what they can learn while doing it. Take a simplified example: if 1,000 validators each have access to the same observable transaction pattern, the network has created up to 1,000 potential observation points. Even if only 2% of those participants can meaningfully correlate activity, that is still about 20 potential analysts looking at the same financial behaviour. So the usual “more validators = more security” equation feels incomplete. Security matters, but institutional users also care about what validators, observers and competitors can infer from their activity. @Dusk is interesting because it tries to make privacy part of the underlying transaction and validation architecture rather than treating it as a cosmetic privacy feature. The unresolved question for me is simple: as more real financial activity moves onchain, will decentralization still be measured mainly by how many validators we have, or by how little sensitive information those validators actually need to see? @Dusk #Dusttfountion
I’m watching Dusk and one thought keeps coming back to me: getting developers onto a new chain may not be the hard part anymore. DuskEVM makes the transition easier for Solidity developers already familiar with Ethereum tools. But that makes me wonder what happens after the first deployment. What actually makes someone stay?
I’ve been noticing that technology can make participation easier without necessarily making people more independent. Dusk’s native privacy approach and Piecrust VM are interesting because they bring privacy and ZK capabilities closer to execution itself. That could matter for financial applications where confidentiality isn’t optional.
But every new capability also adds complexity. Developers gain more tools, yet they may also have more to understand and maintain. Users get more possibilities, but eventually they still depend on the people who understand the infrastructure.
That tension interests me more than the usual narrative.
Who benefits when incentives appear? Who does the difficult work nobody sees? Who adapts quickly, and who quietly disappears because the system becomes too complicated?
I’m also cautious about judging security from old scores. Audits and remediation matter, but institutional finance demands a much higher standard of trust.
#dusk $DUSK @Dusk The DUSK NETWORK BLOCK STATUS FLOW, explains how a new block becomes final on the network. It is a straightforward journey that starts with a “new block” and goes through several stages to make it secure, final, and immutable.
At the beginning of the process, a new block is created. After that, it can go one of two paths.
If it is the first new block in the chain, it is immediately “Attested.” Then, when the next block after it is also confirmed, this first block gains “Confirmed” status. Finally, it becomes “Final” when the block before it has itself become final.
The second path is for blocks that have been followed by more blocks. These blocks are “Accepted.” To be final, they have to go through a more rigorous verification process. They have to wait for the number of blocks that follow them to double in order to become “valid.” This process makes the network much more secure.
Genau darauf arbeitet Dusk hin.
#BinanceSquareFamily

#USJulyCPI&PPIDueThisWeek US July CPI & PPI: The real test for the market this week
US inflation data could have a significant impact on the direction of the market this week. The July CPI is due today, August 12, while the PPI will be released tomorrow, August 13.
In June, the CPI fell 0.4% month-on-month, while the annual rate was 3.5%. Now the market's attention is not only on the headline number but also on Core CPI, services prices and producer prices.
If the CPI comes in softer than expected and the PPI also shows a decrease in price pressures, then the hope for interest rate easing could be strengthened. On the other hand, the strong data could re-emphasize the inflation problem for the Fed.
To me, the real question is not whether the CPI will go up or down, but rather in which direction do the CPI and PPI together force the Fed to take the next step?
#XAUUSD 🚨 GOLD ($XAUT ) IS AT A CRITICAL BREAKOUT ZONE! 🔥📈 GOLD IS CURRENTLY TRADING AROUND $4,359 AND IS APPROACHING A MAJOR RESISTANCE AREA THAT COULD DECIDE THE NEXT BIG MOVE. 👀
The key level on the chart is around $4,422. This zone has the potential to act as a major barrier, but a strong breakout and sustained close above it could open the door for another powerful bullish move.
📍 CURRENT PRICE: ~$4,359 🟢 KEY SUPPORT: $4,303 🎯 MAJOR RESISTANCE: $4,422
If XAUUSD breaks above $4,422 with strong momentum, the next Fibonacci levels become the areas to watch. A move toward $4,529 would be the first major confirmation, while continued strength could push gold toward $4,688 and potentially $4,891.
BUT THERE’S ONE IMPORTANT WARNING. ⚠️
The RSI on the chart is around 71, which indicates that gold is entering an overbought area. That does NOT automatically mean the trend must reverse, but it does increase the possibility of a short-term pullback or consolidation before another attempt higher.
📉 KEY INVALIDATION / PULLBACK ZONE: A move back below $4,303 would weaken the immediate bullish structure and could trigger a deeper correction.
🔥 ABOVE $4,422 = BREAKOUT WATCH 🚀 $4,529 = FIRST TARGET 💎 $4,688 = NEXT MAJOR TARGET 🎯 $4,891 = EXTENDED BULLISH TARGET
For now, GOLD BULLS are in control, but the $4,422 level is the real test.
DON’T CHASE THE CANDLE — WATCH THE LEVEL. 👀
If gold breaks and holds above resistance, the next leg could be explosive. 🚀
