A wallet silent for over a year just pulled 3,009 $BTC off Binance — about $228 million.

On-chain trackers flagged the move on Nov 6. It is the same address that previously sent roughly 5,699 BTC to Binance when price sat near $89K. Now those coins are leaving the exchange near the mid-$75Ks.

Hard numbers:
- 3,009 BTC withdrawn in several batches (one ~437 BTC, four ~643 BTC each)
- That covers a little more than half of the earlier 5,699 BTC deposit
- Spot $BTC is still hovering near $75.9K today, almost flat on the 24h tape

My take: this looks like a partial buyback, not fresh FOMO capital. Large exchange outflows shrink sellable float. That does not guarantee a bounce — but it does mean at least one big holder prefers cold storage over leaving size on the book at these levels.

Retail is still arguing about $75K. This wallet already answered with $228M.

Do you treat whale outflows as a bullish signal, or wait until price confirms first?
