BITCOIN: WHAT THE CHART IS TELLING US

Bitcoin continues to struggle against several important resistance zones, and repeated rejections are showing that buyers are losing strength. With geopolitical uncertainty growing and concerns surrounding the reported Binance security incident, I believe BTC could face another significant downward move. My first downside target is $75500.

WHY ANOTHER MARKET SELLOFF IS POSSIBLE and HOW TRADERS SHOULD APPROACH THIS MARKET

Tensions between Iran and the United States are heating up once again, raising concerns about another possible military confrontation. Reports indicate that Washington may be considering further military action, while diplomatic negotiations have still failed to deliver a reliable solution. Any fresh conflict could create serious uncertainty in global markets and make investors less willing to take risks. In such conditions, Bitcoin could easily come under additional selling pressure.

There are also growing concerns within the crypto market itself. Reports of approximately $6.3 billion in unauthorized withdrawals linked to a major Binance security incident have raised serious questions about market security and investor confidence. Binance has stated that it will cover the losses, but an incident on this scale could still have a negative impact on market sentiment. If these concerns develop alongside rising tensions in the Middle East, the combination could lead to panic selling, reduced liquidity, and much sharper price movements across the crypto market.

At times like this, managing risk is far more important than trying to catch every move. TradingView users should monitor Bitcoin across different timeframes, mark the most important support and resistance levels, and watch how volume behaves whenever price approaches these zones. Setting price alerts can also help you stay informed about important market movements without spending the entire day watching charts. Avoid rushing into trades simply because you see a strong red candle, and always decide where your stop-loss belongs before opening a position. During periods of geopolitical uncertainty, prices can move unexpectedly fast, so protecting your capital should remain your top priority.
