The Validator and Staking tier carries a 10 percent weight, but only three of its five metrics feed that number: queue length, 30-day slashing count, and MEV per block. Beacon APR and the staking ratio sit on the page for context only, not calculation. My read is that's the right call, since APR moves slowly, though a shock would hit the queue and slashing inputs before the headline score catches up. History starts at ETH mainnet launch, 30 July 2015. The model's own limit is its 4-of-5 cycle-call record is in-sample. ASIC still caps retail ETH CFD leverage at 2:1 regardless.
