Found 49.95 USDT I forgot about for 20 months 👀
For a long time, my OKX Wallet showed about 49.95 USDT sitting at Aster. I opened Aster and saw nothing, so I thought it was a display bug.
Then I asked my AI agent Hark (hark.com) to go through my wallet history on BscScan. It found this:
• Jan 11, 2025: minted 50 USDF on Aster
• Feb 24, 2025: requested the redemption back to USDT
• After that: never pressed Claim 😅
The redemption had been done the whole time. The USDT was just waiting for me to collect it.
How to check yours:
1. Go to asterdex.com and connect the wallet you used
2. Choose BNB Chain
3. Open the USDF tab, go to the Claim section
4. Press Claim
Lesson: "Request" is not "received". If you ever redeemed, unstaked or withdrew in DeFi, check your on-chain history for a request with no claim after it. Only use the official site, never claim links from DMs.
Anyone else find forgotten money like this?
