FED DAY: WHY BEING RIGHT ABOUT THE NEWS DOESN’T GUARANTEE A PROFIT
Crypto traders often expect Bitcoin to rise when they hear positive economic news — or fall when they hear negative news.
But markets don't move on headlines alone.

Three things matter:
1️⃣ Expectations: Was the announcement already priced in?
2️⃣ The actual message: Did policymakers signal something different from what traders expected?
3️⃣ The reaction: How do BTC, the dollar, bond yields and other markets respond after the announcement?

That is why a seemingly positive headline can still be followed by a price drop — or the reverse.
During major events, spreads can widen, price can move rapidly, and leveraged positions can be liquidated.
A disciplined beginner can choose to wait for the initial volatility to settle instead of rushing into a trade.
Remember: You don't have to trade every event to become a better analyst.

Do you prefer to trade the news immediately, or wait for the market reaction and confirmation?
