Is $SOL quietly running out of buyers right at the level where it matters most?

Price is up 3% today, yet the 4-hour chart shows lower highs since that sharp 3.8% green candle — stalled almost exactly at the daily 0.618 Fibonacci, a classic "prove yourself" zone.

The daily agrees: 7-period average still below the 25-period, and 4-hour RSI sits near neutral — no real conviction behind this bounce.

Futures add a quiet warning. Funding is positive — longs paying shorts, often a sign of over-eagerness. Open interest is modest, but the long/short ratio is heavily skewed long. Not exactly bullish comfort from a contrarian view.

The level that matters most: $SOL needs to hold 106.5–108.5 to keep this recovery alive. Lose that on a 4-hour close, and the next meaningful support doesn't arrive until around 99.5. A decisive push above 111 would flip this read — until then, the path of least resistance still leans lower.

My read: a weak bounce inside a larger downtrend, not a reversal. Risk sits with anyone expecting a clean breakout without first reclaiming 111.
