RICHARD HEART ARRESTED IN ISTANBUL 🚨
The $HEX and PulseChain founder just got nabbed in Turkey after nearly 2 years on Interpol's wanted list.
What they found during the raid:
• ~$4M in cash
• 64 luxury watches (Rolexes included)
• Electronics + other valuables
Why he was wanted:
Finnish authorities claim aggravated tax evasion involving hundreds of millions of euros (2020-2024). His declared income allegedly didn't match his actual crypto earnings.
But wait, there's more:
In 2023, the SEC accused Heart of raising $1B+ through $HEX, PulseChain, and PulseX while allegedly pocketing $12M+ for luxury cars, watches, and that famous 555-carat Enigma black diamond.
The plot twist:
Heart beat the SEC in Feb 2025. Judge dismissed the case on jurisdictional grounds. SEC walked away.
But Finland didn't.
Now he's sitting in Istanbul with millions in seized assets, and extradition talks are heating up.
He dodged the SEC. Can he dodge Finland?
One of crypto's most polarizing figures might've won round one, but the real fight is just starting.
