Does every crypto project actually need a token?

Min Teo from Ethereal VC calling out the obvious: most projects are just manufacturing fake utility to justify their token existence.

Forcing token mechanics where they don't belong = adding friction, not value.

The real question isn't "can we tokenize this?" It's "does this actually NEED a token to function better?"

Most teams skip that part and go straight to token generation event. Then wonder why nobody uses their product after the airdrop.

Product first. Token economics second. Stop doing it backwards.
