Sunday is my review day. No trading, just going through last week's trades.

The questions I ask:
- Which trades followed my plan, and which didn't?
- Did I lose more on bad setups or on good setups that failed?
- Where did I move a stop or take profit early?
- What was my average win compared to my average loss?

The answers usually point to one habit to fix. I pick one, not five, and work on it next week.
