What If BTC Just Refuses to Cool Before Midterms 🔥

Everyone remembers the ugly part after midterms. Almost nobody wants to sit through the part before it. That is the whole tension on this chart.

🔥 Why I am watching

- History says BTC often performs worse after midterms.
- The open question is whether price keeps pushing until then.
- I am not treating this like a fresh low is loading.
- The long is the live idea. The hedge is the later one.

👀 The part that matters

- Reacting once the date gets close is cleaner than front-running fear.
- De-risking can show up later without cancelling the current long.
- If price keeps behaving, there is no rush to flip short.
- The chart has to prove the turn. The calendar alone is not enough.

⚡ How I handle it

1. Stay with the long while the window is still ahead.
2. Watch the reaction as midterms actually approach.
3. Only then decide if a hedge short even belongs.
4. Step back if structure breaks and the no-new-low view fails.

🚀 My trade idea

- Bias: Long
- Trigger: Strength holds as midterms get closer
- Invalidation: Structure breaks in a way that opens a real low
- Confidence: 63 percent

No new low in my base case. Hedge shorts stay on the bench until the window actually arrives.
