- 100% of revenue from Ult and Cronos Launch buys CRO and burns it, monthly
- the products are days old and the proposal gives no revenue number
- staking gets paid from the 70B CRO reserve, reissued from the 2021 burn
burn with one hand, un-burn with the other
signalling proposal anyway, voting until october 3
the burn contract isn't built yet
