🚨 DAY 2: How to Read Binance’s Order Book
If you’re trading crypto, the chart isn’t the only thing you should watch.
The Order Book shows pending buy and sell orders around the current price.
🟢 Bids = Buy orders
🔴 Asks = Sell orders
For example:
BTC price = $100,000
If you see:
🟢 $99,500 → 2 BTC buy orders
🟢 $99,000 → 10 BTC buy orders
There is a large amount of BTC that traders are willing to buy around $99,000.
This may act as a potential support area — but it is NOT guaranteed support.
⚠️ Here’s the important part
A big buy wall doesn't automatically mean buyers are strong.
Someone could place a huge order and then cancel it before the price reaches it.
That's why I don't look at the size of the wall alone.
I watch what happens when price gets close:
✅ Is the order actually being filled?
✅ Are new buy orders appearing?
✅ Is price holding the level?
✅ Is market-buy volume increasing?
❌ Or does the big order suddenly disappear?
🔥 Simple example
If a 20 BTC buy wall appears...
Price approaches it...
The wall gets filled...
AND new buyers continue buying...
👉 That's stronger evidence of real demand.
But if the 20 BTC wall disappears just before price reaches it...
👉 Don't assume it was real support.
💡 Remember:
Order Book = intentions
Executed trades = actions
And actions usually tell you more than unfilled orders.
Tomorrow, I'll show you how to detect REAL buying pressure vs FAKE buy walls with a Binance-style example. 👀
