If you're still buying every rumor around a crypto bill like it's 2021 all over again, stop now.
We've all been there, watching prices pump on regulatory headlines only to dump when Congress does what Congress does best and delays everything. Missing the exit after FOMO buying into these events has cost traders more than they like to admit.
$BTC is sitting near $78,700 right now with $XRP hovering around $1.41, both climbing as the market prepares for Tuesday's Senate procedural vote on the CLARITY Act.
It has that familiar smell of the pre-ETF approval runs, where everyone piled in expecting a green light that turned into a long wait. $ETH has been relatively quiet by comparison, which makes me wonder if this is more of an XRP and Bitcoin specific play given the regulatory history.
This could be the setup that finally gives some actual market structure, or it could be another round of wait till next year. I've seen enough of these to know the charts don't care about the speeches.
Where do you think this goes from here after the vote?
