Bitcoin ETF Streak Is Over — Now the $77K Level Matters

The market just lost one of its strongest bullish signals.
After nine consecutive sessions of Bitcoin ETF inflows, U.S. spot Bitcoin ETFs flipped back to net outflows on August 28. Farside currently shows about $168.5M in net outflows for the day.
At the same time, Bitcoin dropped sharply after testing above $81K, closing August 28 around $77.8K. Today, BTC is still hovering around the $77K–$78K area.
That combination is what makes this move interesting.
For more than a week, strong ETF demand was helping support the recovery. Now traders have to see whether this is simply a pause—or the beginning of a bigger shift in sentiment.
The macro backdrop isn't helping either. Fed Chair Kevin Warsh's hawkish comments pushed expectations for a September rate hike higher, putting additional pressure on risk assets.
So the next few sessions could be more important than the last few.
If ETF demand returns and BTC holds the $77K area, the recent drop could look like a reset.
If both weaken further, the correction may have more room to run.

Do you see this as a temporary ETF outflow, or the first real warning that Bitcoin's recovery is losing momentum?
