🚨 BITCOIN’S $80K TEST IS ABOUT TO GET INTERESTING
Bitcoin can continue rallying, but the bigger question now isn’t simply how high $BTC can go.
It’s whether real spot demand is strong enough to keep pushing prices higher once the short-squeeze fuel starts running out.
Recent price action has been interesting because BTC has climbed while leverage and Open Interest haven’t exploded in the same way we usually see during aggressive rallies.
That can be a healthier setup.
Less crowded leverage means there may be fewer overextended traders waiting to get wiped out on the next pullback. But there’s an important distinction: low Open Interest does NOT automatically mean low risk.
If fresh spot buyers continue stepping in, $80K could turn from a resistance level into a new launchpad for the next leg higher.
But if demand starts fading and traders begin rebuilding leverage around $80K, the same level could quickly become another liquidity trap.
For me, the key things to watch are spot volume, ETF flows, Open Interest and how BTC reacts after short-term momentum cools down.
The next move may tell us whether this is a sustainable Bitcoin recovery — or simply another leverage-driven rally.
