📊 CHART: Every single Bitcoin bull run in history started from the exact same setup, and BTC just triggered it again.
Look at the BTC/Nasdaq ratio. Forget dollar price for a second, this measures whether Bitcoin is actually outperforming the broader market or just riding its coattails.
Every major cycle top followed the identical script. December 2017: ratio peaks, then collapses 85%. March 2021: peaks again, drops 72%. July 2025: peaks a third time, and just fell 64% from that high.
Same pattern, three cycles in a row. Bitcoin blows past the Nasdaq, overheats, then gets crushed back down to reset the base for the next leg up.
Here's where it gets interesting. The ratio just bounced 15% off its bottom. But before anyone calls this a trend change, look at what happened at the exact same stage in every prior cycle: false starts, chop, and fakeouts, all while trading below the old resistance line.
That resistance sits at 3.0 right now. As long as BTC/Nasdaq stays under it, Bitcoin is still technically underperforming the market it's supposedly beating.
The moment it breaks above 3.0 is the moment the pattern says everything changes. In every previous cycle, that breakout is exactly when Bitcoin stopped following the Nasdaq and started dragging it.
We're not there yet. But we're closer than most people watching only the price chart even realize.
Watch 3.0. That's the line.
