I used to think Payment Method on Binance P2P was purely about convenience.

Same bank? Faster transfer.
Wrong bank? Find another offer.

But there is another detail I rarely thought about:

Can you actually see who paid you?

Binance’s P2P merchant guidelines specifically discourage payment methods that don’t display the payer’s name, because that makes it harder to verify whether the sender matches the verified Binance identity.

That completely changed how I look at this little section of a P2P ad.

A payment method isn’t just about how money moves.

It can also affect how much information you have to verify that money.

After noticing Real Name recently, this feels like the other half of the same puzzle:

Identity on Binance + identity on payment = one more checkpoint before Release.

Small UI detail. Pretty important job.

What matters most when choosing a payment method?
