been sitting with the NPEX partnership since morning instead of the usual airdrop chatter.

NPEX isn't some random pilot. it's an AFM-regulated exchange, licensed as an MTF, Broker, and ECSP — that's Dutch regulatory language for "this thing can legally move real securities." and they're talking about bringing 300M+ EUR in assets onchain through Dusk.

that number is the part everyone skims past. 300M isn't a testnet demo, it's not a grant-funded pilot program. it's an already-regulated entity deciding the rails matter enough to actually build on.
what's interesting is this isn't Dusk chasing a partnership announcement for the headline. it's the reverse — a licensed EU exchange choosing infra because the compliance requirements (selective disclosure, deterministic settlement) actually match what they're legally required to do.

everyone's still asking "will RWAs come onchain." NPEX already answered that question. the real question left is whether the rest of the regulated market follows the same path or waits for someone else to prove it first.
