📊 The Setup:
• Price dropped from $3.53 to $3.21 — 9% decline
• 4H RSI: 28.5 — oversold
• Daily RSI: 34.1 — weak
• MACD deeply negative on both timeframes
• Below ALL major moving averages — full bearish structure
• DeFi sector broadly weak — not just a UNI problem
The Problem With "Oversold":
Oversold is a condition, not a buy signal. UNI has been oversold for multiple candles and keeps dropping. The entire DeFi narrative is struggling right now, and UNI as the flagship DEX token reflects that weakness.
📉 Key Levels:
$3.16 — current support being tested RIGHT NOW
If $3.16 breaks → $2.90 is next
If $3.16 holds → possible relief bounce to $3.50
🎯 My Approach:
REDUCE exposure if holding. Not adding here.
Wait for: sector-wide DeFi stabilization + UNI to reclaim $3.50 with volume
Only then: consider accumulation at $3.10-$3.20
