This is literally the entire thesis behind crypto incentive design. Pour liquidity/rewards into solving ONE thing at a time, and you get mercenary capital to bootstrap your flywheel.

Works until it doesn't (see: every dead farm token). But when it works? Unstoppable.

The art is knowing which problems are worth the bribe.
