Strategy ($MSTR ) Surpasses Nasdaq in Market Cap : Bitcoin’s Influence Is Getting Hard to Ignore! 📈

Strategy, the company known for its massive Bitcoin treasury, has reportedly moved ahead of Nasdaq, Inc. in market capitalization.

Market data for October 23 put Strategy at approximately $61.8 billion, compared with roughly $57.4 billion for Nasdaq, Inc. The gap reflects market valuations, not a comparison with the Nasdaq Composite Index.

My take: Strategy’s valuation shows how closely traditional equity markets can become connected to Bitcoin. Its large BTC holdings give investors indirect Bitcoin exposure through a publicly traded stock.

But there’s a risk investors shouldn’t ignore. MSTR is not the same as holding BTC directly. Its share price can be affected by Bitcoin volatility, financing costs, share issuance and changes in the premium investors assign to its Bitcoin holdings.

The big question: Is MSTR becoming a stronger Bitcoin proxy, or is its valuation too dependent on BTC sentiment?
