Binance just finished the last tranche buying 4,545 Bitcoin, and this now complete the full $1 Billion move of SAFU stablecoin reserves into BTC. This is not small news. It means the emergency fund is no more sitting mainly in stablecoins like before, now it is fully transitioned into Bitcoin.
For people who don’t know, SAFU (Secure Asset Fund for Users) is the protection fund Binance uses when something bad happen, like hack or security breach. In the past, this fund was holding stablecoins so the value stay stable around $1B. But now Binance decided to convert that reserve into BTC.
After this final purchase, SAFU now holds 15,000 BTC. At the price around $67,000 per Bitcoin, that is roughly $1.005 Billion in value.
Let us make simple example.
If Bitcoin price go up to $80,000, that same 15,000 BTC will be worth $1.2 Billion. That means SAFU fund grow without Binance adding more money. But also, if BTC drop to $50,000, the value will reduce to $750 Million. So now the safety fund is exposed to Bitcoin volatility.
Some people will say this is risky because stablecoins are stable. But others will say Binance is showing strong long-term belief in Bitcoin. They are basically saying, “We trust BTC as reserve asset.”

$FOGO Alright from Binance Exchange let’s talk about $FOGO /USDT today February 15, 2026. I will say it simple and real, clear what is happening.

First thing first, price now around $0.02234 and today already -4% red. This not small drop. On daily timeframe (1D) we seeing FOGO still under pressure. The structure is not bullish for now.
If you look carefully on the chart, after that crazy spike to around 0.09708, price never recover strong. That spike was like hype candle, big green, but after that sellers enter very aggressive. Since that top, FOGO making lower highs and lower lows. That is clear downtrend behavior.
Now example:
>MA(7) is around 0.02180
>MA(25) is around 0.02963
See this clearly, price below MA(25). When price trading under mid moving average like that, momentum is weak. Bulls not controlling. Also MA(7) almost flat, not strong upward slope. That means no strong short-term push.
Another important level is recent low around 0.01996. That level very important. Why? Because price almost touch there and bounce small. If tomorrow or next hours sellers push again and break 0.01996 clean with volume, we can see panic selling. Next psychological area maybe 0.018 or even lower.
Now let’s talk about RSI. RSI(6) showing around 37. That means not fully oversold yet. It is weak zone but still room to drop more. If RSI was around 25 I will say maybe strong bounce coming. But now 37 means bears still have space.
Now the money flow analysis is more serious warning.

Large Orders:
>Buy 17.59M
>Sell 22.36M
Inflow: -4.77M
Medium also negative.
Small also negative.
Total inflow -10.13M.
This means more FOGO is going out than coming in. Big players not accumulating heavy today. Actually in last 24 hours large inflow is negative around -4.8M. That not good sign short term. When whales selling, small traders usually suffer.
Look 5 days large inflow also negative around -5.8M. So not just today problem. It showing distribution phase more than accumulation.
Volume also decreasing after that spike period. When volume drop and price still falling slowly, it means market losing interest and no strong buyers stepping in.
So what is direction now?
Short term: Slight bearish to sideways.
If price hold above 0.020 zone and buyers defend, maybe small bounce to 0.024–0.026 area. But that area near MA(25) will be heavy resistance.
If break 0.01996 strong with volume, we can see continuation downtrend.
Example scenario:
If tomorrow market open and Bitcoin weak, FOGO will likely drop faster. Because small cap like this depend on overall market mood.
